Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, with original packaging).

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • Your request must meet one of the approved return conditions listed below.

  • The return must be approved in advance and issued a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns sent without prior approval or without an RMA number will not be accepted.


Approved Return Conditions (Only 3 Cases)

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  1. Item did not arrive

  2. Item does not function or does not perform as described

  3. Item arrived faulty, damaged, or broken

No returns or refunds are accepted outside of these three cases.


Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction with results, or any reason not listed above.

If you believe you no longer need the product for any reason, you must contact us immediately after placing your order and before it is processed.

Please note:
Orders are processed and shipped the same day they are placed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.


How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

If your request meets our policy requirements, we will issue:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  • Return instructions

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Items sent back without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and assist accordingly.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval)

  2. Place a new order separately once the return is accepted


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary
